This goes out to all my vocaloid fans out there.

This is my character Himiko Tsugunaga. She is my most favorite OC I have I love her alot.
She is a huge Vocaloid fan and is trying to come up with ideas for a cool Vocaloid outfit but is having trouble coming up with anything. So this is where you guys come in, Himiko wants you guys to design a hip new vocaloid outfit of your very own design.

Draw Himiko in a hip new Vocaloid outfit of your own design~
Himiko has tsundere personalty so make her look tough but cute at the same time. >:T
Try to use the number thirteenth in her outfit because it is her favorite number.
P.S: Himiko loves wearing striped color thigh socks, including that will give you more points! ^^

First of all, I want to talk about the lotus flower, the lotus flower is born from the mud looking for the light to open pure and perfect.
In different cultures:
+ Chinese proverb: 出 污泥 而不 染 (The lotus flower is born immaculate mud.) Means, remain incorruptible despite the corrupting environment.
+ The lotus flower has been a symbol of many civilizations throughout the history of mankind. In the Egyptian civilization had a great significance as it emerged a multitude of gods like Ra, the sun god, to be linked to the flower the appearance and setting of the sun, because it is only open for the day. It also emerged Nefertum god, considered the god of perfumes, providing a very pleasant scent to the Egyptians.
